Nestled among rolling hills of Eastern Ghats, the 2 Acre Farm House site gently slopes towards perennial streams, offering breathtaking 360° views. Our design prioritizes stabilizing steep contours and preventing erosion, while framing these panoramic vistas. Experiential pathways connect terraced contour bunds, creating access to the water stream.

 

Local materials, including traditional RR masonry walls, blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings. A network of pathways and staircases with rest points weaves through the terraces, connecting them to the streams. Native plantings complement the landscape's colors and textures, with select specimens highlighting key features. This design celebrates the site's unique topography and natural resources, creating a harmonious blend of human intervention and the Ghats' majestic landscape.
