Studio MARC, founded by architects Vandana Sreepada and Jagadeesh Gorle, is a Hyderabad & Visakhapatnam-based landscape architecture studio dedicated to connecting natural ecosystems with human ecology. We integrate traditional ecological knowledge and agricultural practices into experiential landscapes, utilizing our expertise in landscape architecture and environmental planning.
Our sustainable approach emphasizes soil and water conservation, native planting, and the development of micro-niches for habitats based on local contexts. We also research cultural landscapes, applying these insights to contemporary projects ranging from farm stays and resorts to parks, agro-ecological projects, townships, commercial buildings, schools, and residences.

Vandana Sreepada is an architect, urban planner, and academician with a Bachelor's in architecture from Andhra University and a Master's in urban and regional planning (environmental planning) from CEPT University. A nature enthusiast and researcher, she integrates her passion for ethnobotany, ecological studies, and water systems into sculpting experiential landscapes and ecosystems, with a keen eye for detail and a love of arts and crafts.
Jagadeesh Gorle
Partner & Principal, Studio MARC
Jagadeesh Gorle, a JNAFAU-Hyderabad architecture graduate with a Master's in Landscape Architecture from CEPT, Ahmedabad, combines his architectural background and passion for nature. This avid traveler translates his observations of natural landscapes and cultural histories into artwork and design, incorporating research on topics like Sustainable Landscape design, Design pedagogy, Permaculture, and resilient landscapes into his practice.
